@jake43325 Yes, that was Chris Byrd. This fight happened in 1999. The guy who KTFO'd him, Ike Ibeabuchi, went to prison not long after this.

@dagomif no its not. its a punch you throw after throwing a distraction with the other hand. you throw with one circular feint and then transfer your weight to the other for a quick blow thats out of their line of sight.

@muertroja A bolo punch is kind of a long circular uppercut. It's really not a very effective punch to be honest. If the guy is out of uppercut range, throw straight punches, not a bolo.

A bolo punch is when u distract with the non-punching hand before u throw ur punch. Look @ Ike's right hand go up and wiggle, then he throws the hard cross/uppercut. It's a bolo punch because of what he does with the right hand before the super-punch.
