Honestly, Dana did admit it Fedor was the best (for real). Cain KOs Nog and dana says he just KOed the best HW of all time. The only unavenged losses Nog had in pride were the two destructions from fedor. So fedor destroys nog(prime) 2-0.
Dana thinks nog is gratest HW of all time because he had the pride belt and ufc belt, Nog took the UFC belt from Sylvia, guillotining him after taking a serious beating, sylvias next fight was against fedor and he basically got murdered in 32 seconds.
