Every child I've met in state custody has been abused, this is why these kids grow up to be criminals. They are abused by the people who are supposed to take care of them.

one of the thing they need to fix is find good foster parents not all those parents are good they take you from one bad home to put you in another bad one.

The average prisoner costs the taxpayers $33,615 a year to imprison, not $200,000. Other than that I agree with what is said in this video.

depence on government is the cause of our problems- if we develop self sufficiency we get things done rights-to move forward make changes in our lives- we need to depend on our own initiatives instead of waiting for the rich to free us from slavery-everyone had a mother/grandmother-which religious industry destroyed- franklin coverup proves that governments are always corrupt greedy bc they say they take care of us-self sufficient large matriarchy clans have power to resist gov & to self govern

what about the children who have lost their parents and the CPS who refuse to recognize their grandparents and fight to keep the children in the system

It would be nice if parents took responsibility for their actions. It is the parents job to take care of their children and raise them properly. All of these services do not get involved until the parents are doing something wrong.

omg you are missing the whole point he is making.

That is the big problem! They have a monetary incentive to tear children away from loving families!
-
We need transparency into what these social workers do.
Malpractice and lies are normal.
Follow the money - and all will be revealed...
Foster Care does not cause or lead to incarceration! These children have been taught by their parents that they live in a violent world and their brains adapt accordingly. You need to find out what % of inmates had dysfunctional parents--no that would be interesting!

Most kids are taken into foster care while under the age of 5 years old. When they are put on drugs to control their emotions till they are 18 then they age out of the system they have never grown up with the normality of learning how to control their emotions. Many become like a bomb waiting to go off once they are no longer taking the emotional controlling drugs.

Your math is a little off. if there are 1.4 million people in prison who used to be in foster care and it costs $200,000.00 to house each one per year it isn't costing us $280,000,000.00 (280 million) it is costing us $280,000,000,000.00 (280 billion). I think an estimate of $200,000.00 is high, but that might be correct. I can recall the estimate about 20 years ago was $60,000.00 per year per prisoner.
