Cops are droids without common sense. If they were educated, they would have known it is not safe to approach a moose. She was trying to keep her distance and posed no threat until the cops made it a problem.

That's all you have to do to kill something is chase it into the woods where no one else can see you and claim that the animal was charging at you. People suck! And that's just plain out murder. Murder is murder is murder regardless of what you kill in that it doesn't pose a life threat. And a moose is about as dangerous as Bambi. Bleeeeegh!
