We have exciting changes to school meals this year. The School Day just got healthier with new meal standards, which means school children will eat more fruits and vegetables and more whole grains; the milk will only be low-fat or fat-free, and the amount of fat and sodium in the meals is being reduced. Listen to Jessica Shelly, director of food services from the Cincinnati public school who shares her story of how she has made these changes work for her students.
