It's somewhere in the middle of the string of videos. Why the series is named "Never drink & drive - The Worst of The Worst," when some of the videos have nothing to do with drunk-driving, beats me. Perhaps the series should've included, in the title, along the lines of "Stupid decisions cost lives."

Where I come from, drunk, distracted, and similar impaired driving falls under "knowingly putting others' lives at risk".
And it carries the penalty of loss of license, decades of prison, and in some cases, execution.
