I thought the interviewer was really good, especially compared with some others who don't take the time to learn anything about their interviewee's project and ask bog-standard questions. Greenwood was just joking around, FFS.

Quite so. Seems to be a smart young fellow, who knows the rules of irony and is able to recognize the twinkle in someone's eye. It's nice to see two persons getting along with each other despite quite an age difference. I can see nathaniels point, too, but I think he might got things wrong and overreacted a little. .

Hi, Bloodmoon, back by now again! By the way, I never got the impressionen the boy felt humiliated. Actor and interviewer seem to unterstand each other quite well and both know their parts in the game. By watching them more often, I even get the idea that they're having a good time making fun of themselves. I think G. understands the kid's got a clever scence of humor and how far he can go without harming him. Mocking someone severly looks a whole lot different.

Well, acting and beeing famous does'nt mean the world. First of all you have to live with yourself, and many stars forget about that. So I'd rather be myself and considered an assel from time to time, than a chadband, who has to be ashamed of disgiusing everybody. By the way, strong personalities often seem to be disliked and avoided, for weaker people tend to feel even weaker in their presence and then seek for someone to blame.
-
How does a person with personality look like? I know masses of actors who claim to have one, but when you look closer, it's nothing but a good show, born out of the need for being noticed well. I guess Greenwood hasn't got the talent to pretend to be the one people always want to see. Probably always remained rather unknown because of that, but at least he is an honest one and never sold himself for popularity. The grit not to care wether people appriciate you or not, that's true personality.

Do not know much about people in the net. Who's that nervous child that is trying to make conversation with a long time expirienced actor? Can't understand
nathaniels rage and insults.

Thank you, exactly my opinion, too. This was the first interview I saw of Greenwood, and I immediatlly got a crush on him. His aura of great inner strength combined with deep human warmth is most impressiv. Age doesn't matter in those cases. His scathing sence of humor obviously intimidated the young interviewer, but well, he should not hide himself for the behalf of others. He didn't kill anybody, for god's sake, and if the kid is smart, he can learn from experience. Everybody has to.

Well, B.G. is selfconfidnet und doesn't let himself beeing fooled around. Why should he? If the boy is not going to toughen up, noone will even remember his face in some years. Good interviewing is work, not some kind of paid leasure, and its main purpose is providing new information. You need to focus in the other. It may often seem like mere gossipping, but be sure, it never is. The poor young kid is tottaly overextended and deplaced, but that definitly isn't B.G.'s fault or resposibility.
Greenwood was great in the movie. But i cant shake the feeling that the man has remained the same age since the mid 90s.
