Only problem with this mod is some of the voice acting is elementary. A bunch of people with the knowledge to perform surgery isn't going to sit there going "Hurr is that right, nah dude whatever"

i finished this mod 10 times its very scary, alot of action in it, makes fun even after playing many hours and the end boss is epic
