Secretariat is easily the greatest race horse of all time..I think even greater than man o' war!

Boy oh boy, I've always had trouble deciding which was better. Both were equally incredible though! Every time I watch them run I get shivers, how can a horse be that fast? Incredible, absolutely incredible. Great animals!

The Horse

his time for 1 1/4 miles was a second and a half faster than Zenyatta's time winning the classic, and he accelerated during that last glorious quarter mile.
this was a no-match race. all-time supremacy, period.

Anyone complaining about a small field is forgetting this is a STILL STANDING RECORD TIME. You could put all the horses in the last 30 years in the field and he'd still demolish them.

That this performance is rated a 4/5 is further proof that there are way too many jealous, hateful, and/or just plain STUPID people in this world. Secretariat was nothing less than divine and is worth 10 stars in 5 star circumstances. Sour grapes need to GET OVER THEMSELVES. Thankfully we have/had the the miracle of Secretariat to give light in such a dreary world.
