The ECU consistently injects fuel into the engine when it's in neutral, it's unsafe and does not save fuel, the Scanguage should back this statement up (research DFCO). Windows down = more aerodynamic drag = less FE, weathermen can't predict weather with 100% accuracy, you can't either. At highway speeds drag is so great that it's best to use the AC.

A car is more aerodynamic when the windows are down, no matter which way the wind is blowing your still going forward air will try slow you down, cash discount?????/ is this guy on something?, at last he said something right! don't break, if you have stopped go in to netural, if your engine is on tick over no matter what speed you are going it will use the same amount of fuel.

First tip is almost impossible ,too much air in your tyres causes them to wear out faster more money!, you get hardly any more gas when you fill up in the morning, you gas cap has a breather hole so it doesn't matter how much room is in your tank, it will evaporate anyway, netural is idle, its costing which is bad for your car/clutch and its unsafe,
