  • "There is no limit to immigration as long as there are fields to build on"

    Hazel Blears, July 2007

(interview with Jon Gaunt, Talksport Radio)

  • The speech is good Mr. Liam. However, i am a bit worried about the amount of the extra payment plus, what are the minor offences reffering to ?. Thanks.

  • The speech is good Mr Liam and it is "common sense",nevertheless i'm just a bit worried about the amount of the extra payement. Also, what are the minor offences reffering to. thanks

  • What a load of rubish this man talks! It was his government that come up with fake figures regarding the amount of immigrants coming into this country when you knew fully well what the estimates would have been but as usual your gvernment was too weak to tell the truth as this would not have gained you votes!

  • I like this new immigration law you put it but do remember this country is based on immigrants moving here for if it wasn't for them we would not be in this great country.

  • plans plans plans i wanna see action

  • Finally some action! Yeah we're not rasist of course we are not but all the illegal imagrents that do not abide by law and don't get jobs thn CYA who needs em! They just increase our taxes so they can sit on their arses and rake all the money in that we work hard for.

  • I applaud your time consuming approach of interviewing for 5 months to bring about your approach for reform, HOWEVER, I feel a NATIONAL POLL would save you time, encourage more citizen participation, and give your government and its people a great view as to exactly what "popular" opinion is on all the issues of the week.

  • it's a bit late to limit new e.u member's, it should have been done from day one. not now. look at other country's they limit the amount

  • This sounds like a good plan, for now at least. I'm sure there must be more changes that need to be made to the immigration system. But this seems like it will work.
