I love seeing how this turned into the song on Townshend's album. Personally, I like this version better. Maybe because I hear this one first, or maybe because it's more heartfelt and has a timeless sound.
John on bass and Keith on drums also helps.

Where did you get this?

Prefer Townshend's emotionally stark, raw, powerful, undiluted version better, but it is incredible to hear the creative genius of Entwistle and Moon.

i know pete has said he'd rather he had just been solo from the start without the who, but this proves that that would have been a mistake, the who is still basically pete, but his bandmates add so much
