In the wee hours, after long hours around the dais On February 1, 2010, the Pasadena City Council is asked to approve use of a 5 year old EIR to allow development of Hahamongna to move forward. This came after many members of the public including botanists, ornithologists, hydrologists, etc had given voluntary testimony. Plus isn't it only common sense that the largest fire in Los Angeles County history has caused changed conditions from 5 years ago? This city attorney expects the city to decide immediately on faulty foundation evidence and is essentially bullying the council.

Pasadena Pio Can you please identify the people in this video? And what are their job titles?

It's always good to seek the advice of specific experts, like botanists ie, Theodore Payne Foundation for Wild Flowers and Native Plants
— with Audubon Guides.

PIO answered: "First person who speaks is Martin Pastucha, our former director of public works; the female is Theresa Fuentes, one of our assistant city attorneys (she often works on land use issues); the person next to her is a contract attorney from an private firm (I've seen him before but don't know his name)."

  • Wait. Did she say the Station Fire caused "no substantial changes"? That can't be what she said. Did she say that?
