Just thought I'd warn you, the POV changes in here are mad. The choruses and verses are Rose, the bridge is the Doctor, and the grammatically incorrect chanting at the end is the universe in general.
Said grammatically incorrect chanting means "Save us from danger, save us from evil", for those of us who aren't TCASM. (Hello!)
