I think you could easily do 700! You did so many sets in a row. If you just warm up do a set and jump to like 675 it seems like itd be so easy. Very impressive lifts your butt almost touches the floor. Great work

Impressive. I was just floating arount looking at power clean videos and saw this squat video. Whats really cool is his form looked better as the weight got heavier. Most peoples form breaks down as weight goes up but his gets better. I guess that just comes from raw strength and a lot of time under the bar.

gives me an idea of bringing 2-3 people to the gym with me so i can max out. usually i get scared having 1 person spot me on the squat so i try not to max out.
