Quick Preview of a New Modular Rig Syetem I plan to launch in the next few weeks.

This will allow people that do not have the tools, to simply put a Rig together.

There will be a number of Add-ons and various size rotors, as well as coil mounts and PM Magnet stator mounts.

Please check out my forums on the thread link below for more info and pictures.

  • Really a nice modular setup. You may want to consider a vertical post that has a horizontal slot in it. Since the magnets need to be certain degrees apart, a square grid layout may not allow proper positioning. As far as selling them, some don't consider that many ppl would like to try to experiment with this and not have the tools , skills or materials needed to make the parts. HHO was the same way. Many wanted to try it, but lacked the tools or material to make it. So some ppl started selling.

  • @LeaningGreen

The future Add-ons should cover this. The stator mounts will allow you to adjust the coils/magnets to any spacing/angle you require.

Will be releasing another video soon showing the extra bits as they get produced.

  • I LOVE your videos and the passion and the enthusiasm you portray - brilliant, however I have to say that I disagree with this project for several reasons. Firstly borderline commercialism. Secondly. disincentivising individuals to lack ininitiative in resourcing their projects. I know that I will get flamed for this but I feel it goes against the principle of inventiveness. Did Bedini start experimenting with a preconceived kit?? INHO Your concept would merely lend itself to cloning of ideas

  • @UKphoneguy

This Rig has came about after 1000's of emails from people asking if I can CNC them stuff.

I do not have time to do this and hope this will help people out that want to build a Rig but do not have the tools to do so.

Remember most people want to replicate the claims that come along and see for themselves if that claim works. That is what I do.

I am not a inventor and I am simply copying other peoples claims to see if they are true of not.

So cloning is a good word for it

  • Let us know how much....? Please. Excellent work and great prototyping concept!

I would like to order one when you have worked everything out. Cheers!

  • @danswaay

Price is now up on the forum thread. But we are going to make up a limited amount to begin with, so first come, first served.

  • Very impressive tolerances . really nice jig ;-)

  • @UKphoneguy I have to disagree with you. I have only been involved with this kind of things for a few months now. I neither have the skills nor the time to make/create everything that I need to get to grips with all this. If we took your argument to the limit, there wouldn't be any bread boards. I think you are also missing something. This is R&D which has a lot of wastage and failures. A kit like this would be very useful to test ideas quickly.

  • i seen your work and i could blindly recon others to get one rig from you if they think they want to purchase one.

I got screwed over the shipping tax with 200 + 150 when i bought magnets so i do advise people to check the tax before jumping into online acquisitions.

  • You are very bloody clever Big Brain. : ) I like it, How it works for motor.

  • @Seacrhing2008 Also another way to make this cheaper is cutting and pre drilling holes and adding threaded hollow rods in the board with a drill press with cnc. Or the other way is put the hollow threads into a mold and pouring resin to form the board in a mold. Ideas to make this cheap are out their just use some imagination. I was just recommending a price that it could sell fast and profitable at.

  • @Seacrhing2008 In mass production a small kit like this could easy make a hundred dollars a unit. The first model is always going to cost more because you have to find the best method of production which fastest and cheapest per unit of price. Just as a car manufactor does. The trick to getting a hundred dollars each is getting a whole sale price in large volume of materials needed to build the simple kit. Anything can be come cheap after its been replicated many times.
