These well intending women, are being taken advantage of by the politicians they support. To them, conservative = White America, no minorities represented. Early American history consisted of slavery & racism. Women's right to vote was obtained in the 20's by suffragettes & feminists.The 50~60's continued to be tainted by racism & discrimination toward women. No part of tragic American history was every righted by conservatives. Everything Americans can be proud of is due to liberal thinking.

Pretty much. It's rose coloured glasses. Objectively speaking every decade in the last hundred years has had some very serious turmoil to sort through.

Her statements are mind numbingly ignorant because she's pretending that her grandchildren (or great-grandchildren) won't end up biracial, or gay, or anything like that. Grr, annoys the piss out of me.
