  • @ducttapesniper42 I'll take that as sarcasm.

  • @djw151 no, this is a tasteful sense of humor thing.

  • so absurd

  • It's funny because Steve Martin calls it "happy feet" not "sad feet." Explaining this just kills the comedy.

  • To me how he's performing them isn't great or particularly funny, it's the ideas that're important. When I think later about this particular bit I might crack a smile. It's like a laugh on the inside instead of outside.

  • This is one of his most famous bits right? How is this funny? Must be a generational thing.

  • II remember as a teenager watching Steve do this routine on another show before SNL ever was on. And yes being a teenager I stole his happy feet and would have to start dancing away LOL I remember alot of strange stares in elevators.

  • "you mean im gonna stay this colour?"

  • to 50 lets say million fables

    lets say king tut

    i asked timothy leary and

    /watch?v=CR-ZAnil_Mw\

investigating miles frasier's brother and his napkin use of ransid slap stick comedy.... i'm listening, daphne. British invasion of the buttox. m' lord, whew. spotted dick!

  • I want to do this in an elevator.

Look around shiftly, then quetly announce 'Uh-oh... Excuse me, I'm afraid I'm getting... HAPPY FEET.'

Then flail around wildly as shown above.

If someone gets a minor injury, you did it right.
