Propably the most unscientific weapon in an RTS game ever. No one has ever been killed by a lighting strike while inside a car... Hell, even a chicken wire cage would protect ya.

@FooNado Operation Chrono Storm as Allies the soviets have some, Play as Russia in skirmish you have them when you have tech lab n war factory, sometimes you get them to build if u capture a civilian secret lab.
