Multiple videos of me shooting at, and through, a clothes dryer with a few of my cannons. One cannon has a 3/4" QEV, 1.25" chamber and 3/4" PVC barrel and is fired at 300PSI. The other cannon has a 2" sprinkler valve piloted by a 1" sprinkler valve with a 2"x3' PVC chamber and 2.5"x3' PVC tennis ball/soda can barrel.

any idea on the velocity of any of those projectiles, espically the drill bits and crossbow bolt.

Good question, my chrony wasn't working when I filmed this but I could chrony the projectiles when I get some time. The drill bits and darts I would estimate are going around 600-800fps based on GGDT simulations. I'm not really too concerned about performance with these cannons because I have two hybrids for when I want to get 1200fps+ velocities, but the dart shooting cannon is a nice simple cannon with decent performance, as this video shows, so it can still be great fun. Thanks.

Most people are familiar with "spud guns" "potato cannons" or "spud bazookas" rather than "pneumatic cannon" or even "air cannon" but I guess I probably should change the title to something a bit more accurate anyway. Thanks.

These things will be good for home defence in an SHTF RIOT situation, but not as good as a firearm.

Is that the QEV cannon or the tennis ball/soda can cannon you're talking about? Thanks.
