  • Unfortunate positioning of the towel ring to the left of his head . . . looks like a great way to lose an eye if you're not careful.

  • Replacing a bathtub drain has never been easier. The EzXtractor tool can have you changing drains within minutes. Its amazing

  • how do you remove the ring that sits in the tub?

  • great! I have no access panel and the sink is next to my tub... drain is all rusted, chipped and corroded and NEEDS replacing since the pipe is also cracked. house was built in 1928 but with an 70's model cast iron tub.

  • Damn. This helped alot. I'm going to cut through the wall opposite of my tub and replace my plug mechanism. It hasn't worked since we moved into this old house. Thanks.

  • To bad for me if that happens I have to break open my wall to get to the stoper :(

  • hey! i have 2 bathtubs the one upstairs has a lift and turn drain where you can unscrew and remove the stopper portion whereas the one downstairs will not allow me to unscrew its stopper..my drainage is poor aswell as the toilets flush right next to it..any suggestions?

    much thanks Tim

  • Please help me!!!

I have a Moen pop up bathtub stopper in my combination shower jacuzzi bathtub. I NEED to get the stopper out so I can fix a clog but it won't budge! I have removed the top but there is no place for me to put a screwdriver so I can twist and remove the main component of the drain. I also cannot find a screw beneath the main plate where I can twist and then remove the whole thing.

  • Hey Brent; not bashing, but there are many more then 3 types of different types of bath wastes in the market today.Ths is just one example of a bathtub drain. I have installed 100s of them and they come out with a new type almost every time you turn around. Have a good one.

  • Thanx O'G.
