God put these things here to keep us safe but if we're getting out of line, He can still punish us. He is our father after all. And you didn't answer my question. If you rely on scientific evidence for all your answers, then why are you listening to a christian song?

If 35% of women didn't resort to C sections that would leave a nation of 35% less than what it was in whichever way you choose to think of it as. I have two sisters who had to have C sections and it's not because God made them imperfect. Nobody's perfect. It's because they had no other choice. Do you actually think these things through before you state them? God made things for us to discover but he kept us protected from things that we couldn't protect ourselves from.

Which intelligent creator would leave about 2 million asteroids in wayward trajectories in our vicinity, threatening our very existence ?

I would sincerely hope you're being sarcastic. If you rely on scientific evidence for all of your answers why are you listening to a Christian song? And just for the record, the evidence is all around you! Why does everything work so perfectly? Why do the birds sing when the day is bright and know what to do when trials come upon them? Because God made them so. It isn't something random. Everything was made to function the way it does. God IS the ultimate scientist. That should count.
