Edit (February 10, 2009): I've decided I'm not going to be uploading any more of Left 4 Dead. Honestly, the gameplay gets pretty repetitive and you have to be a retard to get lost on a mission.

something that i do in Left 4 dead is i save those guns were you shoot one shot and reload till the very end so when someone accidently shoots a car or gets puked on by a boomer and the horde trys to kill you i can use machine guns automatically just a suggestion.... evry video i see, people dont always use machine guns and pistols......

@TheBrooklynBratt I got hit by bile, which is what the Boomer vomits onto Survivors. The bile attracts a horde of infected. The high pitched noise is just a warning that a bunch of infected are rushing towards you.
