You are right. I don't mean to downplay this video, but there are about 10,000 wild dogs in Bucharest. I will be going to Bucharest in June. I'll have a chance to see the children and the dogs and much more. I'm sure our State Department knows about this. The US has an embassy in Bucharest and vice versa.
