Thanks very much for this video,
as you pointed out at 6secs you get the focusing noise.I am on my 3rd Tz7 because i thought this was a camera fault but remains on each camera but the noise is not noticed on every video just some so maybe it could be to do with certain lighting situation.
Great video keep up the good work, now I know its not just me with this issue and know now its the focusing.

I have the same problem too. My card is a SDHC Transcend 8 Go, class 6. I thought this brand was ok, from what I red on a website, but this does not appear to be the case. So does this problem depend more from memory card lots, rather than brands ?

I have the same problem. I used three several SDHC cards. Watch my videos to compare. My conclusion is that less class of SDHC Card works much better than high class card. I did a Video "Hund in Garten" with Lexar SDHC Class 2 and Class 6. Take your decision dude!

Hi just wanted to ask u about the panasonic tz7. If i buy this camera would all the updates be on there already? Or would i still have to update firmware etc...?

@letseatpopcorn Sorry. Missed your question. I would expect the updated firmware to be on the cameras sold now. If you don't happen to buy one that's been laying in on a shelf for a year or so. As far as I know there's been just one update to the firmware; 1.2 in June 2009. Nothing since.

TheVideoexplorer: I used a Silicon Power SDHC 16 GB memory card. The rhythmic bzzz-ing can be heard more clearly on my other video.
