Video Editing on Linux 1 of 3 (Crop & Rotate)

Sorry about the audio quality. Video was too long so I tried compressing the audio with mp3 which sounded ok until youtube re-converted it into whatever format they're using and it generated hiccups. Next time I'll use ac3

I've been fixing computers in people's homes and businesses since 1986. In 2003, I started supporting Linux. I'm pretty good with computers in general but I never claimed to be great at video editing. I only wanted to show that it's possible to do some basic video editing on Linux, not to impress anyone with my amazing skills. Linux has a wide variety of software available. Most of it is free, but Linux itself is more than just free. Linux = freedom. If you have any doubts, read the GPL and then compare it with the EULA for your existing OS. Software licensing is difficult to get your mind around at first, but if you want to live your life guilt-free, you may derive some benefit from being able to use or contribute to free software, rather than stealing, I mean file sharing, using warez, and running shareware beyond its expiration date while you save up money to buy that paid software you've always wanted.
