Being a developing country is a far cry from being a developed one, so your little comment about not being able to evacuate anyone is what isn't the point, honey. I merely corrected you on what the status of this country is. It's classified as a developing country. Whether of not the Philippines has capabilities of ANY sort is beside the point, calling it a third world country is incorrect and that's as far as that statement goes.
