Claire McCaskill: Joe Wilson "Behaved Like A Jerk"

On the day after President Obama's health care address to Congress, Sen. Claire McCaskill reacts to the outburst from Rep. Joe Wilson. "In that place, in that time, it was shocking to most members, regardless of party," she said. "I think it denigrates the institution."

McCaskill also tweeted that Wilson "behaved like a jerk."

She also commnted on the public option portion of health reform, saying as long as it's "handcuffed," she's in favor of it. "I can't support a public option if it is not constrained," she said.
