Hey, my friends call me Crazy Capizzi. This is what you get when you cross a john boat with a jet ski! Too Fast! This is a $300 97 tighr shark jet ski motor and a $25 12' aluminum boat. it probably did about 40mph in about 2 seconds. I built it in one weekend. Unfortunately once it got up to top speed it would make a hard turn. @shortyjk95 that aluminum jon boat probably weighs less than half of what a fiberglass jet ski weighs the power to weight ratio is MUCH higher on that jon boat

I build one with a 12 foot aluminum boat and a 650 waverunner but didn't get the same result won't come out of the water! Maybe the trim is too high or too much weight at the front? Check it out on YouTube " home made jet boat" goosie222222 thanks bud!!!

@acabtp Sorry I was not technically correct on what kind of boat this is. I will get right on it and email you when it is fixed. I Didnt mean to inconvineance you when this video came up instead of a video for a real john boat. LOL!
