@mezzadakiller not at all. Look at all the media formats which are not mac generic nor compatible with macs then see how many work with PC's and you will see that anything media-associated is also monopolized by PC.
I think it's a contextual thing. Macbooks are apparently much better for work, while PC's are good for multitasking and running more programs. Ultimately its the same debate as xbox vs. ps3: where sony has the technology but xbox ultimately has the games. Likewise, macs are incompatible with most programs and files on the net because they tried to compete with the status quo and create their own file formats - and this didn't really work. In the end its what you use it for.
The Mac/PC battle is such rubbish. Whichever one you are used to, you like. But, including myself, I reckon no one is actually impartial, save third worldians [word? yes.] and the like.
@thexshattered I guess it's also bc Mac-users are kind of hard to find (compared to other OS users), so it's like when you know someone who uses Mac, you sort of like having that connection. LOL, anyway, my point is, it's cultish in a way, especially that it's kind of hard to get out once your in LOL "Once you go Mac you never go back" and all that crap...
Apple is cultish in a way... I mean, the first time I got my MacBook (first Apple produce I bought ever, aside from my 1st gen iPod, which I didn't use much since I was around 10 when I got it), all of I sudden, I started really craving my techie stuff from Apple. Hell, I don't even think getting an iPad's a good idea, but I still think it'd be pretty cool to just have one. If I had loads of money to spare, I'd probably even get one... and not use it much. I don't know why exactly it's like this

@oweninc
Actually it is the opposite. PC's are for work. Mac is for editing, video, photos, music etc.
