If you have extremely fast hands like I do, then you can tackle the Triti like this! I only miss twice and couldn't pick up that pair half way because I was rushing!

This is also known as 'Triti Operation Freakingfasthands Healing Touch Version'. Without Healing Touch, it's so much harder :( try 6-7 without HT, it's possible but extremely hard

I actually completed that this morning without using the Healing Touch on the patient with Triti, but rather the one with the twin pairs of Deftera!

Hmmmm....It isn't 4 patient in a row, but 4 kinds of GUILTs in the same patient.

Nope, if you read the storyline before the surgery, It goes through the names of the 4 different doctors you'll be operating on.

This method is the only way I go about it. I'm not one to care much about rank, and really it's funny to see it go down so quick.
