  • one protein shake should do it with good veggies.....but it will take time. If you are committed, don't let them push you into bulking up fast, it just makes it hard to maintain it. And like i said, it can turn to fat easier. Ok, didn't mean to post too much, just wanted to let you know these trainers are always trying to sell this and that and don't always know what they are talking about.

  • you dont need MASSIVE amounts of protein or even meat. good natural organic food sources are core and best. check out the Renegade health show or robert cheeke

  • why are you half naked~ lol

  • also, you can eat protein without eating junk food. Eat fish and other forms of protein (my sister is a vegetarian and gets her protein from veggies and i think beans, if you google it it will tell you) but fish is a good one and you can skip the steaks, etc.

  • If you lift weights and eat a lot, then stop lifting, you will have it turn to fat i've heard. IF you want to lift weights and just have some muscle, normal muscle, just eat healthy. You don't have to eat what they say to have a normal healthy musclar body. If you want to be like hulk hogan then yeah, you might need more food or steroids.....but somehow i have the feeling that's not what you were wanting.
