Karen and Jeff are really married. what happened was that Kurt was taking on extra work time at TNA to make money to provide for his family so he wasn't around as much. it pissed Karen off so she wanted to separate for a while, BUT she and Kurt were still legally married. during the separation, Karen was fooling around with Jeff behind Kurt's back and that caused the divorce. Kurt did nothing wrong and Karen is a skanky ass bitch.
