You don't actually get any chocolate with this DVD (although you do get a recipe for some scrumptious raspberry chocolate truffles). Rather, the title Pilates & Chocolate is meant to convey a sense of a rich, balanced, fun, and satisfying life. Pilates teacher Kathleen Pagnini loves both Pilates and chocolate and imparts her enthusiasm and playfulness through this Pilates DVD.

You'll start with an 11-minute Pilates warmup next to a relaxing and peaceful waterfall and then move into a 24-minute Pilates session. There is also an introduction in which Kathleen talks about proper Pilates form and a bloopers section. And, oh yes, a demonstration of how to make the truffles!
