It's from the album Lev Tahor Three, by the group Lev Tahor. The song is titled 'Good Morning.' It's the blessing we say when we get out of bed in the morning.

Thanks for the information, are they Ashkenazic Jews? They pronounced "Yisroel" rather than "Yisrael"...

Definitely Ashkenazic. You can also tell how they pronounce the letter tuf as a 's' sound instead of a 't.'
