Agree with all the bloggers here! Great medley of Sad Ballads Live to Tell and Oh Father. The reason Madonna is still standing here today is she hasn't let fame, reality culture, controversy, rehab or substance abuse/addiction get in the way of her beautiful voice. @sexyleo080889 You had just said everything I always say to the one who thinks that great singers equals to hight notes. Madonna has passion in her voice. You can feel what she's feeling when she sings, all the emotion, all the pain or hapiness. She's not the best vocal, but one of the most realistic singer ever. And try to put Mariah dancing and singing to see what crap she'd become.

You notice how whitney and mariah can't hit the high notes anymore? I think the reason why madonna is still performing so well at her age is because, she never had that great voice to abuse like whitney and mariah did.

i disagree. all the women you mentioned don't sing and dance simultaneously onstage. Any performer will tell you that its quite difficult to maintain a "perfect" vocal quality if you're a singer and dancer. i know that madonna doesn't have the most vocal range, but she has passion. too many people confuse a great singer with one who tries to hit the highest note or one who just sits in front of a guitar or piano. give me an average singer with above average passion, like madonna, any day.

These are tough songs to sing when you're having throat problems, which plagued Madonna during most of the tour. It's obvious that she was having problems during this show. The Nice recording sounds great.
