The Queensland Symphony Orchestra surprises a curious and enthusiastic crowd with a guerrilla-style performance of Ravel's Bolero in Brisbane's South Bank. The Orchestra relocated to the city's cultural hub in December of 2012 and performed the pop-up performance to celebrate their move into a new state of the art studio.

The Orchestra's conductor was Tecwyn Evans. The film was co-produced with the ABC.

    This is so beautiful to listen to. There is something about this tune, that always leaves goose bumps all over my arms. Wish I'd been there at Sth Bank to witness this, but at least I can watch it on here. Qld Symphony Orchestra, you rock!

    Awesome guys! Saw you at the reopened City Hall the other night ... spectacular! Seeing you out of formal dress and out of a concert hall is a bit like seeing my teachers on the weekends lol

    What I liked about the video is that the people of queensland are so lively and care for their state and their people and do things like that is quite amazing I wish I was there to witness this wonderful performance all the artists were amazing and very talented my congratulation goes to ALL of them
