She went out of line. She is funny but way out of line for any sort of audience. And about the kidney comment she was waaaaaaayyyy out of line and any sense of intelligence. Although Rush goes out of in almost all of his shows he does with an audience who welcomes that sort of thing where by he is justified but for Skyes to say something like that to a general audience at a very public gathering is simply ignorance and idiotic.
