looks kind of fun but I do wonder at the practicality of this thing.. The spruce goose approach to boat building. Having said that the builders have probably got 5 sold already to rich sods around the world. Personally I dont think there is any application it would be better for than a standard cat. But who knows maybe in 1000 years we will all be using them.............
Gay as aids.... I've been a captin for over 35 five years and what is the point of this vessel??? I can appreciate the design and it being something new but for the cost what application does it really have? And any idiot that says war vessel ?? You have no fucking clue.... looks neat... but why build or own this?
it has many applications..with a range of 5000 miles it can cross seas .like dude said changes cabins and they can be lowered to sea level.with that speed..it suggested use is research,paramedic..any sort of mission really...cabins come in different types...in cluding luxury space for two, cruising accomadations for six.and transport for twelve.really just a glorified catamaran. but still cool.found it through a search for solar powered seacraft so if any one knows about any ..let me know plz

I saw this on Discovery channel. It has a range of 5000+ miles and a speed of 50+ knots (The quite I heard was 80 knots but I need to confirm this)
It rides and conforms to the waters shape and cuts through large wave. And it can be configures for anything from Luxury Yacht to Warship.
I want one.
