I think that this is a brilliant way to move the hearts of those commiting the crimes, we must remember that most of these individuals are people who come from slum, pain, suffering from their childhood, and if we show them another way and stop criticizing them, change will come, Introducing them to Jesus eventually will have its effects, there is still hope, and like in the times of Jesus, Governers, Mayors, Presidents, will also be taught to fight for their nation through prayer.

This may have happened last year, but I think we should be remember Christians like this, change their city, and bring others to Christ.
We need people in lots of our congressmen, pastors, men, women, and cities and states to humble themselves before Christ RIGHT NOW>
