dude im a 400 meter relay girl and our relay team can run it in a 4:23.5 and our boys can run it in a 2:58.9 my personla best is a 1:03.9,dude thaT 1st 100 is a fast sprint then then 4 da straitaways you stride but DONT SLOW DOWN, then youb kill it the last 200
