ok for people who need to turn on the console do this: press esc (start) and go into options. Then in the tab keyboard down the bottom of the grey box it'll say 'advanced options' or something, click on that. Then just click on the tick box where it says something like 'command console' or something and just click accept accept or apply or ok or whatever it says and your done, then just press ` (next to the 1) to open console. hope this helped
