29" Walleye - Matt and Ryan at Rainy River

Fishing up in the Rainy River Minnesota with Matt and Ryan. This video describes how we are fishing and what type of equipment we are using. Our main goal is to catch walleye on the rainy river. We spent 1/2 a day on Lake of the Woods and then went back out to the river. Our boat had a pretty successful weekend. Unfortunately we couldn't show you all the fish that were caught but hopefully we will get better at video taping the action!

My X sacked a 12 pound 6 oz Walleye just about where you are fishing here.

But I have to tell you guys, as much as I love catching and eating Walleye I have never seen one or tasted one worth freezing your gonads off over.

how close are you to manitou rapids?

I got some absolutely killer spots near manitou, lots of eye in the 30-36" range
