That's true. Anakin vs. Obiwan of course is the beginning of the fight, and Battle of the Heroes comes after Yoda's and the Emperor's fight has ended. Anakin vs. Obiwan was meant to fit with the initial intensity of the duel, but Battle of the Heroes has more passion and deliberation, representing the end of the fight.

Yes, they do, but the diffrent is that Battle of the Heroes is much more calm and slow and there's also choir. I think Anakin vs Obi Wan is rather faster and more dynamic version of Battle of the Heroes.
