The LeaderShape Institute is an interactive, high energy experience that builds leadership skills based on integrity and resulting in positive social change.

Over 20,000 participants from all over the world have graduated from the LeaderShape program. Each summer the Maricopa Community Colleges offers the LeaderShape Institute in an intensive one-week retreat.
