How to Disconect Throttle Safety Switch and clean you Power valves on an Arctic Cat F7. Sound gets louder at 25 seconds. TSS on these sleds will cause you problems so just disconect it because you realy dont need the headache. How often should you clean your power valves? At least twice a season. These two procedures will eliminate headaches and make your machine more reliable.

  • @homebrewman23 just like i sayd, long side up, beveled side down.. very easy

  • I tried to look really hard... When installing the power valve does the shaved part of the power valve side be pointed up or pointed down???

  • Great presentation and explanation. I just bought an 03' F7 and you're video helped tremendously. I also never knew of the throttle safety issues. Thank you for taking the time to make this video and posting. Keep the skis down bro!

  • buddy you saved my life the stupid check engine light popped up flashing 6 times indicating "Failure in Servomotor" so im gonna clean the valves because if i hammer on the throttle the light flashes and it totally loses power.. hopefully thats the issue not the actual servomotor itself
