    you can keyframe the opacity levels on your smoke layer, so you can fade it in and out when and how fast you like.

  • How would you add the smoke at a certain point in the middle? I'm trying to create the effect of a candle blowing out and smoke following- I'm going to first have to figure out how to show the flame die, and then the smoke showing a few seconds in.

  • Very nice and quick.

    If you change the direction of the smoke to 180 and then change the rotation of the black image layer to 180 your smoke will only rise upwards making it look more realistic.
