@terbocheez its very good because if its a DLC it wouldn't be that good because you can trade in the old sf4 and get it less than $40. if it's a DLC it will cost more if you add the normal sf4 price.

yeah I guess your right but why don't they just make it a regular game without online play all the fun and no hacking issues i can live with that since i play the game now without going online!

@dan75robot As stated, they could make it for the PC, however, at this point in time, it wont be happening. They had WAY too many problems with it being hacked on the PC, which in turn ruined standings online. With so many unresolved issues stemming from the PC hack and modding, they decided to put it off for now. I do not see it as a slap in the face, more so a issue regarding fair game security.
