@UP5853 You sound just like me. I was a senior last year. I played football, and I was working for most of the year to finish my Eagle and all those damn signatures you must get and the Board of Review and Conference. I averaged about four hours of sleep and I was miserable after a while. Try to sleep, and good luck on your Eagle!

8 hours? Hmm. I could only dream of that.
I usually only get 3-5 hours of sleep a night during the week. I'm a senior in high school at the moment participating in cross country, trying to become an Eagle Scout, and eventually a locomotive engineer for the railroad. I can't drink coffee because I will get dehydrated when I run. I was so tired during school that I had to move my first class of the day, metals, starting at 7:30 to the end of the day so i didn't hurt myself on any machines.

Yeah when you have school and practice and home work you don´t have time to sleep so much and I´m not good at going to bed early. Ok that´s great that you did good even though you didn´t get so much sleep. Sometimes I don´t have time to sleep so long but when I don´t set my alarm clock I can sleep like 10 - 12 hours.

@echo69peanut Ok. I only have like some hair on my arms and not like thick hair. Some guys have hair all over their back and on their chest but I got no hair on my back and only a little on my chest. One thing that is weird is that I started to get brown spots like age spots about 5 years ago. Before that I had like 10 and now more than 200 on my whole body and I didn´t do any tanning and I should be out more in the sun. I have talked to doctors and they aren´t cancerous or harmful spots.

@echo69peanut Yeah and I think working nights decrease your life span. I work mostly in the evenings and nights and I get to sleep about 3 hours in the night and longer during the day when I have time. Sometimes I don´t get to sleep in the night when I work and that isn´t so healthy. Since I started to sleep bad or at wrong times I noticed that I got more hair on my arms cause I´m aging faster. I have had sleep problems for many or a few years. Like that I sleep less than 6 hours a day sometimes

get like 8 hours of sleep, go running for 30 minutes, take a shower, and eat a healthy breakfast, and you'll be in a blissful state of being, almost surreal
