Freemasonry is universal, where all men of whatever religious faith may come together and function as one body. Religious matters or poiltical issues are not mentioned in lodges, to keep the harmony among men. Prayers do not end with jesus, true! But thats to keep the harmony, why say a christian prayer when one of your brothers is a muslim..Blacks during the slave era had an enormous christian faith. and the church became a very important peice of black society
